Description:
The goal of this thesis is to build and evaluate a system that supports people in reflecting about their daily stress levels, moods, or other aspects of mental health with the use of generative AI. The bachelor thesis can build on existing work from the group where we used heartrate tracking for detecting stress episodes throughout a day. The Master thesis could explore tracking and representing other aspects of mental health. The tracked signals are then used for image generation that reflects the mental health state during the day. The thesis project is about building an end-to-end system (e.g. as a Web or Android app) and conducting a long-ter user study that evaluates whether such a system supports self-reflection.
